Returns Policy
You may return most items within 365 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. Email us for a free return label - your domestic standard shipping costs are prepaid. If items get lost or damaged when returned, unfortunately we cannot grant refunds.Free Return NOT valid for specials and shipments outside contiguous USA. Please note to use our pre-paid labels as shipments must be sent from the United States.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Only what you actually paid for the product(s) minus all applied discounts will be credited back to your account.
